I really don't understand what Obama administration is trying to do, come to New-york city, California, show me an American who holds a job in IT field, means all of us are dumb without brains and everything was build only by Indians, then why India is a backward country, can obama understand that Indians are not hiring Americans, you want to put all of us on welfare, why?. There is not one safeguard proposed in this rule, logically this means come on H1B, get I-140 approved in 1-1.5 yrs and compete with Americans in everything, IT staffing companies are owned by Indians, all job recruiting is done from India, all resumes are fake, someone gives interview and someone else shows up, I heard from an Indian colleagues go to Madipattnam in Andhra Pradesh and get any degree you want, they just print it and put stamps, these people have call centers to support each other, see my neighborhood in Edison, New Jersey, come on administration if you want to put all Americans on welfare and hand it over to Indians at-least say it openly. Why this is not happening in Canada, Europe, why only USA. when none of us will be left with job, who will buy any product in USA, what will these big banks do, they get tax discounts for off-shoring jobs and now this further onslaught on US job market with this new rule, come on, it is not even a level playing field for Americans, recruiters are Indians, managers are Indians, everybody is Indian now in USA in IT field and all we hear is that Americans are dumb with no brains so companies don't want us, Job interviews are conducted so specifically that none of us can get job, no hiring of workers who build all this, where is all this greed going, God is watching our politicians, it is like finishing all of us by snatching away our livelihood, not one safeguard in this rule, just doubling of H1Bs in name of this proposed rule, this H4 wives will compete with us outside IT (since IT is reserved in USA for only Indians now) in fields like flipping burgers, pizza stores etc, just kill me administration since I can't even make living now working in Dunkin donuts after doing my Masters degree and with no job had to default on my student loan. Give America to Indians in a plate what is the need for this broad way show when our opinions don't count, more Indians so more comments favoring them.

Please Please Please do not approve this Rule, it will effect our US Citizens dream of finding a job more difficult and will stay unemployed. they will show fake skills and get into IT jobs, even if they are majored in Biology, Chemistry,etc.... so please do not give them the chance to misuse this rule..We have enough students on F1 who are struggling to find jobs in USA now a days.
