manaki telenavalu chala mandi vuntaaru in BJP.....for example vksingh,nirmala seetharaman,smriti irani......first time Ministers ga debut chestunaaru......inka well qualified,new people ke chance isthe baguntadi  and these senior folks can guide them in backend......

no i think new ppl venakala undi nerchukovali first  , new ppl ki eppudu top tier lo unna ministries ivvaru .... oka sari power vachaka new person experienced person maata vintaadu anna gaurantee enti .... we are talking abt politics here not running some company .
