I used to work for a company as ft now changed to consulting so what should I do

Ma fren okadu ilage OPT start ayina taravatha stem varaku 2 emp changed , did not update till STEM ext and got STEM without any problems But got RFE in H1 saying that you worked for Emp A throughout first OPT and C till end but now you are saying you worked for A ,B and C. Ma fren DSO ni kalisi edo mistake aipoindi ani letter petti anni paystubs pedithe H1 got approved...
