Nadhi similar situation bhayya...driver veru...insurance veru... police em document ivvakunda vellipoyadu... then I called my local police dept... then they forwarded it to state troopers dept...they gave me details abt car n owner n insurance. .. they will have all details. ..let them know where accident happened. ..if somebody responded which is true in ur case...they will have info abt it... good luck

3)if you are going through their insurance it might take more than 1 month.
