capital development from scratch modal pettali ante edo oka 2 tier cityki teskovaali which has lot of scope in all aspects. .. if ur supposed to build a house... builting a couple of stairs is easier than starting it from a waste land right!

yep..i support bulding it at a 2 tier city...but measures have to be taken to avoid converting fertile lands to concrete jungle
