SA on the whole is a better developed place except for 1 or 2 districts, so it has a strong base already... ee base meedha our govt has to start building...US lo laga different cities for different aspects la develop chesukunte better...admin, financial, tourism, agricultaral, devotional, educational, IT, Hardware based on the resources available in respective places All depends on proper planning and execution, edi chesina longterm gains ni mind lo pettukuni chesthe better
