And Immediately after bath.. Pettuko.. Hands clean ga vuntayi and lens ekkuva clean cheyakarle lotion la..
And make sure u hold the lens with single finger ( use right hand ) after dipping in the lotion ... Lens centre lo hold cheyi and with other hand, use two fingers and stretch ur eye from up n down.. And then place the lens

lens start chesina 1st 2-3 weeks irritation untadi eyes lo as your eyelids are not used to it... koncham jagrata ga unte chalu... lens petkovadam n teyadam koncham kastam untadi.. but once alvatu ayte easy.. no probs at all..

 i suggest using lens.. but be careful when you are around hot stuff...

Oh yes as chitti bob said.. Barbeques dhagira fire vunna chota n any hot stuff ... Vellakudadhu... Donn stay long at such places
