Employer---- non-profit h1b apply cheyagalada if i am working for non-profit organization(Client) or he should apply only for regular H1b (is it dependent on client)...??? Basically how can we know- our H1B is regular or non-profit?? Please help me-- I am trying to contact my employer - he is not even responding !! Thanks

There is no rule as they need to be filed on April 1. The employees working for Non-profit organization come under H1-B Cap Exempt, means they can apply in any month of the year.

I am not working directly for the Non-profit company(Client )here - I have my own employer !!
