Sick And Tired Of Gandhi's Names After All Public Projects

I mean aren't there any guidelines in Indian constitution for this purpose? Don't we have something like an online petition that we all can sign and stop this? I am not against any particular family's last name, but don't we have locally recognized public servants, freedom fighters etc that our future generations to remember? 

 

I would sign a petition, if somebody can draft one, that supports this issue....
