Houston Folks - Health Advise Please -- Help

Hello All

I moved to HOUSTON 3 months back.
From then I'm on and off suffering with cold cough sinus..I visited doctor every time they kept me on Antibiotics.. It goes away and comes back..
I heard there are lot if flus and allergies in HOUSTON.. What medicines or any natural food that you take to safe guard from all this.. Please give some suggestions ..
