I had H1 stamping till Sep 2014 and I applied for H1 Ext (Premium) which got RFE asking Employee-Employer relationship, my employer replied on may 29^th (yesterday). I have to go to INDIA and booked my ticket on June 6^th. If I got approved before june 6^th I am good else is it safe to go out of country when H1 ext is under process.

I don't think it's safe. 

 

But you can tell at POE that, you already applied for H1 Extension and it's under processing. 

 

Anyways wait for the experts
