chingchang Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 h4 ki bank balance emi avasaram ledu ... nee H1 docs - lca,h1 copy, 2 months pay checks untey better ... nee passport copy (first/last/immi stamps and visa stamps), i94 .. employer nunchi letter of employment stating u r an employee and ur salary .. last 2 years w2's and 1040 (better to have them incase ) ... thats all mostly ... inka visa ki kavalalsina DS forms .. etc etc ..

( last year pick ayyi rfe padi jan lo approve ayindi) ... inka verey documents anni unnayi ( lca, h1 copy, passport copies, i94, ds forms)............ h4 visa interview ki vellocha..... general ga emi check chestharu.... plz suggest
