Me and my wife decided to fight on my previous employer . It's literally a harassment for me . He emailed with a very unprofessional manner . Employer is a gujju . He is saying how dare am I to ask the vacation pay . I want to show him how dare andhra people are .
I have right to ask my hard earned vacation . Isn't it .

first vaka 100 dollars ichi labor cases handle chesey lawyer dagariki vellu, through him send a official letter to provide all the terms n conditions about the agreement with him if there is any such thing, next if he doesnt reply back , then start showing him the cinema, file with Labor department that he underpaid salary, no vacation, no healthcare, you can easily prove, even just a case with Labor department will send chills down his spine, when you talk with him be very firm and say that any unprofessional attitude will be dealt with a separate lawsuit apart from the labor department complaint, gujju gadu ika kuda peeka ledu.

 

you also have another option, just ignore him and continue with your new job for 1-2 months,  if he takes any action, you can retaliate otherwise after 2 months start harassing him about your vacation pay .

Please help me out . I am really in a very bad situation. 
Nenu contract ga XYZ company ki oka desi employer degggara 18 months pani chesanu. Contract finish ayyindhi recently.
Desi employer naanu baga vadukunnadu ee 18 months by giving 55-45 for one year tharvatha adaga adaggga adagga 70%- 30% penchi salary ivvadam start chesadu.
Naa contract finish avuthundhi marketing start cheyamante start cheyaledhu , contract motham ayna tharvatha start chesadu naa marketing.
almost one month job ledhu intlo kurchoni nenu kuda full time job kosam try chesanu. nenu maa employer thoti , nenu ippudu vere state ki relocate kaalenu because my wife is 9 month pregnant  and my wife has a job in my current city.
lucky ga naaku last two days interview ,background check finsih chesi two days lo naaku offer letter chethilo pettaru.
nenu offer letter theesukoni employer ki resignation letter itchanu.  after couple of days naa 10 days vacation pay kosam request chesanu .
My problem started from here. 
maa employer gaadu neeku entha dhariyam unte vacation pay aduguthavu. nuvvu mamalani mosam chesavu ,liar ani cheppi pedda letter pettadu. nenu daniki chatting lo desi laga behave cheyaku ani annanu.
nuvvu already 18 months nunchi chala thinnavu kada ani ante daaniki vaadu naa meedha case pedathanu ani antunnadu. contract break and discrimination act kindha naa meedha 
case peduthunnadu .
Devuuuda nenu emi cheyali ippudu ,nenu unemployment lo full time offer theesukovadam thappa. vacation pay adagatam thappa. daniki vaadu nuvvu kavalani 30 days nunchi nuvvu maaatho sariga coooperate cheyaleddhu.
you are unprofessional.  we spend 10000 on marketing , we lost credibility with vendors. you are black sheep for our company ani sava dobbuthunnadu.

emaina salahalu unte situation ni ela handle cheyalo cheppandi along with my 10 days vacations pay. Employer emo dont mail or chat or call to US. we will see in court anesadu

they run payroll in cheap states rather than the actual working locations --- if you have proper pay stubs in the city u working -- u r safe.....

 

 

 

There is no bounded labor is USA. He has to pay you what ever money he owes.. Not only vacation.. If you are on salary basis with H1 visa, then for the month you were on bench also should be paid...

 

Don't leave a single penny from this Bastard... don't call him.. write very professional email.. have the proof of it... 

 

write every thing -- why u have receive your pay (assuming you are on salary basis)  -- last lo idhi raay -- if the salary is not paid.. i have no option rather than contacting DOL for my salary..

Also make suree -- u transfer ur visa to new employer... before he with draws it  -- assuming you are on H1..
