There is no bounded labor is USA. He has to pay you what ever money he owes.. Not only vacation.. If you are on salary basis with H1 visa, then for the month you were on bench also should be paid... I told him not to behave like a desi in chatting. anthe. I got so many Private messages about the employer name. I will do post as soon as I sort this shortly so that others can aware of it . First My main concern about my vacation pay and the bench pay ----> atleast my hard earned vacation pay. I do even post his unprofessional email one day . Emailing is really a threatening same like our indian style . bedirinchi dobbadadu very unprofessional with so many grammitical mistakes. I will do fight on this bastard. I was very nice to them for 18 months even though I am not making enough money more than I deserve. vaadi reputaion kosam full time job tharvatha kuda nenu vaadi interview calls theesukunna. I dont leave him easily . He take out all my peace of my mind ,my wife went to depression because of this.

Now they are saying we helped you to get the job , we invested lots of money on the marketing. we lost credibiiity with vendor because of your interview fails. They are thinking I did it everything intenionally. Now they are taking personally and taking revenge. I dont understand one thing why employer running the business if they cannot handle the consultants resignation. athaniki pay balance emledu anukunta bro.... just because one month bench meeda unnadanku he is expecting to get paid...
