Ippudu pay matter kaadhu, the way employer is treating me is really worse . he harassed me with his mails and the phone conversations. Now they are treating me like their slaves. Now they are saying we helped you to get the job , we invested lots of money on the marketing. we lost credibiiity with vendor because of your interview fails. They are thinking I did it everything intenionally. Now they are taking personally and taking revenge. I dont understand one thing why employer running the business if they cannot handle the consultants resignation.
