It should be given a central university status on a priority basis. That will open up the channel for some funds as well from the central govt. I think it's more important now. Down the road, premier institutes of the IIT or an IIM caliber can be thought about as well.

It is a good suggestion but this kind of a model will succeed only if there is a good transportation mechanism trains, or roads doesn't matter. Say for instance,high court is in Kurnool, govt related offices are in Vijayawada, and i am from Vizag. So if i have to collect some paper work from a state govt office and submit it in the high court in Kurnool, effectively i have to do Seemandhra darshan. So transportation facilities are of high importance is such kind of an all round development model is to succeed
