#Madhya Pradesh In a revolutionary step taken by the administration of Harda district, any person who is found urinating in public will now have to pay a fine of Rs 100.

According to a report in Punjab Kesari, all the facilities that are being provided to them by the panchayat will also be scrapped under this rule.

"The decision against excreting in public was taken by Bhunnas village panchayat on May 31 following the consent of the villagers", said Panchayat Secretary Manish Vyas. "A vigilance committee has been constituted for the same purpose", he added.

In the village, there are 323 houses out of which 273 already have toilets. Proper facilities and toilets have been constructed in the remaining 50 houses under 'Mal Yudh' campaign
