one thing I agree with you...you can build a concerete jungle with money but not a city or an eco system...

but unfortunately...our political system is soley driven by Real Estate benefits!

So what every venture the politicians propose, they make sure that they aquire huge chunk of lands around it before hand!

The same is the case with the proposed new capital!

It might be a concerete jungle with no proper Eco system!
