By the time logistics are cleared on both the govt's end and the industry's end, you are already knocking on status expirty. Yedho ochchindhi ana santosham anthein .10 years osthein bagundedhi. Bhayya......center nundi funds or interest fee loans ivvadam next to impossible...think p[ractically....oka state lo motham infrastucture ke entha kavali....otehr states will ask for funds.....But SA ke capital ledu kabatti.....it makes sense to give special status to SA.........but defnetly oka time period ke bound avali........tax exempion makes sense to encourage investors to develop in particular state.........
