Stamping question- urgent ga Lawyer Kavali.

 

Naku pedda confusion undi.  Monna Oct lo H1 Start ayindi. 3 years approved. Jamica podam anukunna, kani recent ga H1 Rejections and 221G chusi . Na  appointment cancel chesukunna.

 

Latest Info From Jamica: 3  out of 10 people getting RFE antunaru. One reason I came across is . Pedda motham lo  Jitham lo thedalu .   LCA lo mention chesina jitham  Kante  W2 lo ekkuva Jitham vasthe .

 

 

2013 Feb  Lo  I changed my employer.  Manchi reliable and on time paying employer ( 80/20).   2013 March lo 60 vela DOLLARS   LCA petti H1 applied and got three years H1.   Since March 2013 naku nela nela  Jitham around 9/8 thousand vasthundi .  Oct 2013 nundi  continuous ga 9 thousand run aithundi( h-1 mida unna kabati  pay stubs lo theda lekunda run aithunai since Oct 2013 to TODAY).

 

Total 2013 – 2-W2’s  from 2 employers ( around 86 K)

 

2014 Jan nundi  9 thousand  vasthundi . So next year Na W2 chusthe 108 K untadi ( 9 * 12 =108).  As of today 6 months ayindi kada , Naku 54K jitham already vachesindi e year lo.    Next Year Nenu stamping ki  Jamica/Canada or Indian velithe emina problem aithadi ani munde LCA amendment chepidam anukuntunna. dude i don't agree with Jamaica analysis. Infact it is one of the friendliest consulate for stamping as far as i have seen.

Akkada evaro okkaru valla special situation lo they faced rejections anthe. If you have correct documentation and if u can support your pay increase with valid reasons then there is no reason to fear to go to Jamaica or Canada.

evanu kakunda india po dude.... akada em problem lekunda stamping ayithunayi...and ikada chala amndhi W2 ki H1 ki diiff untadhi ...evariko ayindhi ani chepi neeku avuthundhi anukovdam thapu... so better not take risk for going canada or jamica...naku telsi akada kuda em problem kadhu... but nuvu mentally fix ayinav ella ayithadhi ani..better go to india for stamping ... nenu ayithe adhe chestha...intha confusion lo
