Ma frnd ki monnae cap gap vachindhi jun e 12 exp licence...DMV ki pothe sevis update kaledhu anaru...college call chesi chepindhi valu update chesi screenshot pampinaru.. mali velthe Homeland sec valu update cheyaledhu.. adhi update chesthe we can issue anaru.. her H1 is in processing... ee week licence exp avuthadhi.. so HS valani etla approch avochu reg this issue... plz help

ask your school to get the sevis updated and get a letter from school...if they say, they updated, tell school people that HS deggara avaledu anta ani..then they will contact HS by themselves

kindoff same issue my cousin faced but, he was waiting for his 3rd H1B extension. when we went in and spoke with the DMV guy they just took some information of his and told him that he will get a verification mail (by post). Bring that and then, they extended his Licence just for a month....

wait cheytame 2/3 weeks to get updated

i dont think they'll extned licence for just cap gap..rather .you have a stronger chance if ur h1 is approved....

i dont think they'll extned licence for just cap gap..rather .you have a stronger chance if ur h1 is approved....

She has 2 options..wait for 1 month to aproval without licence...

 

second go out of country ..so that HS updates her status...but cap gap lo velthe doubt ravadam... Is there any process we can keep an email 2 let them know...

no man unfortunately there is no way around, in case HS lo update kaakapothe dmv vaallu oka verification form istaru, adi HS ki panpinchaali, after that HS will verify and update accordingly and will send a notification regarding the same, thats the only time dmv can check ur status and issue a licence..also cap gap i-20 meeda anni states lo issue cheyyaru licence, konni states la lo istaru, i know they do it in florida...check out the dmv for more details man
