KCR do not have direct link here. if his partner got the contract (i think it was cancelled later), how come it is KCR's responsibility? more over, that partner is now joined with BJP. He should be knowing all illegal dealings of KCR. right? why don't TDP or BJP let him expose KCRs all misdeeds once for all so we T'ites also open our eyes.. until then..it is still based on half baked news..
