Diet ledhu ani endhuku annanu ante nenu strict ga follow avvanu...ippudu sudden ga office kitchen lo sweets kanipisthe thinesthaaanu....   also appudappudu white mocha coffee thaaguthaaanu...so nenu pattinchukoni..basically evening motham karigestham kadha le ani thintaaanu....

 

neeku cheppinaaavi anni diet kosam kaaadhu those are my daily food intake...    weekends vasthe matram heavy food thintaanu...If real diet maintain chesthe chaala thaaguthhaaa....  but not interested in diet for quick results....

Also manaki FAT bhaaga unte weightlifting is not good option....   if you do so,  nee fat antha muscle paina cover ayyipothundhiii inka appudu bulky ga anipisthaaaamu.....   

 

adhe first manam aa FAT karigisthe muscle development ki easy untundhiii and also looks lean....bodybuilders ki fitness model ki chaala difference untundhiii

 

we should always go for fitness model excercises...nuvvvu FAT ga unnavu ante try cardio first for a 1month regularly..Stamina build up avthundhiii and FAT burns fast..
