Bhayya..............I 140 approve ayyaka.........you can switch employers if your employer should not revoke your I140 in the name of fraud, then you can utilise ur previous priority date while you are applying your I140 again............Some people suggest that atleast you should be with your employer for 6 months after your I140 got approved and then switch employers..........Some people dont aggree that comment...........I want to do the same procedure..........but i dropped my full time offer since they offered me very less, but my friends are there who did the same thing, but the full time company is in the process of applying new GC labor for them.........they did not came until i140 porting............. I will let you once they got sucessfully ported........message me if you need more details...........Did a research on that for couple of weeks on that
