I-797 (H-1B) Approval Notice Name Typo

Bayyas, I-797 appproval notice lo name tappuga print ayyindi..

 

ABCDE actual ga undali ABCD E ani padindhi oka space padindhi letter D and E ki which is not correct according to my Passport or all other Documents.

 

Employer ki call chesa, thanu lawyer ki inform chesadu.. Its not our mistake ani cheppadu.. uuussscccssss vadu typo chesadu ani chpetunnadu ma employerr..

Name correction ki procedure yenti, ye form untadhi.. yetha fee,, yentha time paduthadi PLZ cheppandi bayya...

employer ni adigithe next time file  cheseppudo or stamping ki elleppudo choosukundham antunnadu! not sure if that is ok!

call USCIS customer care center tell your issue.. they will raise a ticket and send you a mail if needed any documents reply to that.. then they will send new one...
