First, I am new to this DB..So, let me say Hi Folks... sorry if I sound rude...

 

Second, There is no where mentioned that 50cr are spent for this(just read the article). As far as govt is concerned,they have allotted some 2-3 cr... Why do you care how much private money spent when you guys are okay when they spend in elections?

 

Third, The money is not completely waste...Its just a strategy to publicize the formation of residual AP and that it has special status to attract investments....
