The so called scam is...
M.P.s are eligible to fly in Executive class with govt expenses, but they are travelleing in economy class and claiming the executive fare.
32 flight journeys in a year each M.P. is eligible for Executive class.
If M.P.s do that what the Govt can do?

Like if a man was given Biryani to eat but he is selling that and buying Pulihora for himself.

My opinion about this Scam is ...Modi govt won't put much interest in it.
