but machine meeda triceps chesthunnanu.............. like push down ( Rope split )..... over head extension .... tricep extension ..... almost 110 lbs ki reach ayianu...... chesinanta sepu..... bulge avuthundi...... 1 -2 hrs laters malli normal ayipothundi..............only for triceps im not seeing results....

 everyday  pushups 30+30  and pull upsand 3*10 apart from daily workouts  kotti one month tharuvatha kanapadu...appati varaku get out of this DB
