Tuesday- Shoudlers(dead lifts)

Wednesday - Arms- biceps/Triceps(dead lifts)

Thursday - lower part legs-

Friday- back/arms

Sat/Sun- abs(home exercises)

 

Okka pani chei roooju end of the session oka arms set chei. you maty see the results

 

 

but time paduthundi 2months loo kaadhu atleast year

First develop strength in arms

Pull ups , chin above the bar

Push ups and over head pushups


Barbell push without using strength from feet.

Start with 10 lbs and go on , that will help calculate how much strength u have in your head
