Like Daily workout plans

monday - Chest(dead lifts)
Tuesday- Shoudlers(dead lifts)
Wednesday - Arms- biceps/Triceps(dead lifts)
Thursday - lower part legs-
Friday- back/arms
Sat/Sun- abs(home exercises)

but time paduthundi 2months loo kaadhu atleast year

edi 200% correct 4 pounds of muscle add chyalii antey enta kastam... not 2 month not 5 months or not in months it takes years .. and proper dite and proper form in doing ur exercises... and specific body parts antava... its not good.. or its impossible .. it works only for ur abs and glutes that too with proper guidance

years emi pattaadu masteru.....it takes months....... like 4 months....

mastaru ekada last 3 yrs nuchi chesutunaa... completed several programs and trained for 50+ training classes under mr Olympia contester...months lo kuduru tundi antey ya it can happen when u take steroids...

Dude it depends on ur metabolism and how ur body reacts... who knows he did get clean bulk getting lean and showing muscle ?

I ain't looking for pro body mastaru..... All i need is well built natural body.... Maaku konchem share cheyyandi for upper body...... Chest... Biceps...and triceps... I ain't criticizing you at the same time....anyways have you reached your target ??? So are you pro built or well built or in the process of being built .?
