Basara , oka small town bhayya, akkada emi vundavu, Hyd nunchi by car ayithe 3  hrs lo vellochu, highway chala bagutundi, bus kooda oka 4 to 5 hrs paduthundi... bus ayithe MGBS nunchi vuntayi, .... eartly monring nunchi buses vuntayi

Akkada velithe chalaney untayi hotels surroundings lo bhaiyya..One more option I can suggest is they can reside in Nizamabad hotels and travel early in morning ..Nzb nundi its around 35-40 kms so problem undadhu for travelling.

Punnami, AP tourism deggarlo untayi..Indraprastha may be kotthaga ayyindi anukunta not sure abt hotel......
