As an Senior Analyst you need to report to your Manager at times and also on calls with other developers you need to prepare reports based on actual data and not factual data

 

I was referring to SQL in my previous post but can differ to any other technology as well

dont they use the application/web portal to get the reports .... they use the existing reports or ask the developer to get him new reports as per the new data analysis/requirement...

Yes that is also part of the Job 

 

We would be coordinating with the developers most of the time and that is what should be done

 

Infact one other BA who joined along with me, came down in a similar fashion and feared he is not good at writing queries 

 

Obviously he was Fired!!! These roles required to be very dynamic
