Step 1. Create a Personal Checklist Code by answering the questions in the Come to Canada wizard at  http://www.cic.gc.ca...ometocanada.asp. Print the checklist for reference.

Step 2. Apply online at http://www.cic.gc.ca...vices/index.asp after creating a GCKey or Sign-in Partner login ID, and registering with
MyCIC. Enter your Personal Checklist Code when prompted 

 

Documents needed in step 2 -

 

IMM5257E - fill this form

IMM5645E - Fill tihs form

 

travel Itenary - create itenary online for a week  in any site n take a screenshot

 

EMployement letter -  signed by ur employer 

 

purpose of travel  - I ll send a sample dummy letter I created 

 

Travel documents - passport, F1 Visa, any page with stamps, driving license, H1 copy - crate single document with these all 

 

Income Proof - Employment letter, W2 (past 2 years),  3 pay checks

 

financial documents - checkin acocunt bank statements (past 4 months) ,  pay checks (last 3 months), employer letter, w2 (last 2 years) - crate single document with these all 

 

Photo - take a passort photo - scan it (good quality)

 

Convert all above documents to pdf except photo

Bhayya I did the same and got my visa approved. EOD naa name mistype ayyindi familyname place lo give name koncham vachhindi. passport lo kooda ilaane tappu vunte US ki vachhe mundu HYD ki velli marpinchinaa. ee saale gaalu adi notice cheyyale.
