Tour guide available too.. Who should warn if its dangerous

Later found even tour guide is washed away.
Which suggests it was a sudden damger unexpected to all.

2. There are many reasons people can get in to river other than just pics.

3. Imagin if there are whit water rafters ??

4. Such ghat roads have check points every 20 kmto monitor smugglers etc.. It is easy for dam authorities to find tourists activities


5. 30 years ago same thing happened to students excursion in ganga tributory
There was siren but poor students dont know why siren is on. Some never found again.
