water intensity and pressure coming from the dam and the lack of information from the dam officers our students lives were went into tragedy. Till now only 4 bodies were found and recovered form the river, and around 20 students were to be found in the water swept incident.

 

After enquiry from Freeonlneg Media with students said that they did not got any help from the government and the concerned officer in time, if they responded in time half of the students would be alive and all the students are severely depressed about their missing friends, they said that before taking photo they asked the neighbors about the safety to enter into the river, all were responded positively and said that the water flow will be in the same way, so they went to take photographs, being a human every mind will praise climate and environment there and they went to enjoy the climate where it will be very calm and pleasant. It cannot be explained about the nature near kullu manali and surrounding of the bias river.

 

The Details of the actual incident happened:

 

June 3^rd from hydrabad dakshin express they started their tour upto 5^th night they reached Agra and they stayed in Agra for two days, after that they started to delhi and visited aksharadham and 8^th they visited Shimla, after that they directly travelled to kullumanali in two busses. Crossing Mandi village around 35kms the entire student saw waterfalls and that will be like nature’s birth place and all the students thought to watch and to take photographs near river, at that time the water flow was very minimal and no one would thought about that much heavy flow would sweep all of them.

 

 

  JUST BEFORE THE INCIDENT HAPPENED

 

By climbing the small stones they reached to a bid stone which is slightly middle of the river and they took photographs, and the photograph is below and took just before the tragedy incident.
