Babai Last time kooda sudden gaa dates move cheesindhi they had inventory till 2007 Jul (that is the last date when the EB 2 India GC applications became current). As they were out of inventory they moved to analyze and release future visa bulletin dates... After that the dates were not constantly on or after 2007 july the reason is porting from EB3 to EB2. The same thing happens this time if they keep the dates constantly in Jan-Dec2008 and the priority date moves back because the Visa Bulletin date depends on the Priority date of the Last person who got approved and usually Eb3-Eb2 porting memebers will have a old priority date (prior to Jul 2007)

usually will move back because ....  the Visa Bulletin date depends on the Priority date of the Last person who got approved ... and usually Eb3-Eb2 guys will have old priority date
