I said because the OP's intention is different.He want to make a point that the real estate in Hyderabad has gone down !
but the rate is high considering the land value there is around $10 to 15 lakhs per acre and I bought few acres in 2011 @Rs 9 lakhs per acre

 

So in reality the prices have gone up !
