what can be done for this. anthe kaadu  naa medical insurance kuda 25 days munde cut chesesadu. .

conculsion enti ante he didnt either pay my medical or run my payroll while working with him. ???

He didnt pay my Vacation pay and bench pay. antha kakunda bumper offer harrassement and threatening for leaving the company . I left the company when I am on bench for one month. 

How can I fight with him???

While on H1 he has to run the Payroll no matter what. You will be considered out of status if you he is not running paystubs.
