Need Sugesstions On "extension Of Stay" Denied

Hi all,

 My employer foiled for H1B ammendment due to client location change.

Now i have an RFE for not having 3 week payroll. 

My employer submitted the neccessary documents and filed for an appeal.

Employer says that the appeal may take time to clear so he suggested me to go for stamping.

 

Please anyone suggest any info regarding this.

Any info is welcome?

You can keep waiting as long as the application is pending. If at all they deny the appeal you will have to leave the country immediatly.

 

The other option you have is to go for Visa stamping.

 

If I were in your situation I would wait here rather than going out, simply because the counsulte may deny your visa for some reason or the other.
