i would find the fault with the care takers/guide/faculty who is with the students. they should check the place and then let the people in there.. its totally their fault if you ask me

There could be tons of reasons for what could/should/would have been done to prevent some thing like this by Govt or college management.. etc...and blame several others.. but truly in one word.. WRONG PLACE WRONG TIME  ... Everything went perfectly wrong for themand itsa very unfortunate incident ..The engineer on site said to NTV that the spot they entered was made for Lorries to move Sand across and not a tourist spot ...So can we blame the kids for entering ? The Govt should have been proactive to put warning signs at any & every entry ... but eVERY ONE  knowS  how govt folks work. in our country  ... they even said alarms were made but the place where kids are standing.. with the sound of water rushing in.. the sound might have not been heard by them .. All in All one horrible incident and prayers to the Families .. and for who left this world RIP.

Feet level nunchi 6 feet 2-3 mins lo vastay ani kala kantara..they r new to tht place..

Guide should take precautionaries n carry atleast a rope in hand n few rescue things handy.. when they r entering into water zone..
Himachal Govt should keep warning signs and chk everything is right ..they r too careless about ppl lives..

there was no water...when they entered...

wat precautions should u consider..when there is a sign of water at all?...

it would be like wearing a metal jacket for armor for paintball game...

lets be honest..how many times hav u gone fully prepared to a picnic location? expecting deers/bears etc
