It may not be easy as Capacity in MS Dev center in Hyderabad is still under unitized .Most software companies in Hyderabad are struggling hard to attract talent compared to other cities like Bangalore and Noida and it is very difficult for any one (except those from AP)to take up a job in Ananthapur or Chittor [I am talking about seniors and top managers and skilled pros and not freshers or low skilled]

We already have vizag experience, Satyam and wipro campuses have been converted to call centers

agreed... that is the main reason y people are not interested to work in there core fields like mechanical , electrical and civil in india.. because they will be placed in some remote project areas... andhariki city life ey kaavali...
