My H1 is approved form company-1 and the project is also done.

 

I now got a job form company-2.

 

Can I start working for company-2, have my H1 transfer with effective date as Oct-1? Will there be any problem during stamping?

 

If yes, plz tell me the best time to apply for the H1 transfer.

You can transfer anytime but ne first employer ki transfer petkunatu thelisi and if transfer is in process then he might revoke ur H1...thats the only risk factor...vadiki doubt rakunda transfr cheyinchukovali and by the way stamping ki em problm undadu ani antaru....i am in same situation
