ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ లో పోలీసులను, ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులను బదిలీ చేసినా వ్యవస్థలో మార్పు రాలేదు సరికదా, రేపిస్టులు మరింత రెచ్చిపోతున్నారు. మే 28న బదాయూలో జరిగిన అత్యాచారంతో ఆ రాష్ట్రం అట్టుడుకుతోంది. దానిని ప్రజలు మర్చిపోకముందే అదే ప్రాంతంలో మరో దారుణం వెలుగు చూసింది. సాక్షాత్తు ఎమ్మెల్యే, సమాజ్ వాదీ పార్టీ నేత ఓ మైనర్ బాలికను నెల రోజులు నిర్బంధించి అత్యాచారం చేశారు. 

బదాయూ జిల్లాలోని ఇస్లామ్ పూర్ లో సమాజ్ వాదీ పార్టీకి చెందిన బబ్రాల్ ఎమ్మెల్యే రామ్ ఖిలాడీ యాదవ్, అతని డ్రైవర్ లు ఓ మైనర్ బాలికను అపహరించి, నెల రోజులపాటు నిర్బంధించి అత్యాచారానికి పాల్పడ్డారు. నెల రోజులుగా బాలిక కనిపించకపోవడంతో స్థానికులు పెద్ద ఎత్తున ఉద్యమం చేశారు. దీంతో దుండగులు బాలికను విడిచిపెట్టారు. కీచకుల బారినుంచి విడుదలైన బాలిక, ఎమ్మెల్యే, అతని డ్రైవర్ చేసిన అరాచకాలను బయటపెట్టింది. దీనిపై పెను దుమారం రేగుతున్నా, సీఎం అఖిలేష్ యాదవ్ స్పందించడం లేదు.

In a shocking incident, four policemen including a Sub-Inspector allegedly raped a woman inside the police station in Uttar Pradesh's Hamirpur.

An FIR has been registered in the case. While the SI has been arrested, the others continue to remain at large.

The incident comes on a day when a 45-year-old woman was allegedly raped and hanged from a tree in a Bahraich village. It also comes on the close heels of the Badaun gangrape which made national and international headlines.

Constable allegedly rapes, makes MMS of girl on pretext of getting her a job

 

A hapur based girl has accused a constable of UP police living in her neighbour of rape and making an MMS clip of the act, police said.

The girl narrated her ordeal to Meerut IG following which, he gave orders for an immediate investigation into the matter.

While talking to reporters, the girl said that the constable, now stationed in Meerut, called her at his house on 12 December 2012 on the pretext of getting her recruited in the police.

He then molested her and made an MMS clip. Since then, he has been blackmailing her and took her jewellery and Rs 1.5 lakh cash.

Based on the FIR, police is investigating the case.
