odiniaam evadu sami percentage lo vesindi.. mumbai lo oka flat 1 crore min.. 3.2% percent entha perigindi.. amount lo chusthe too much kada...

jpn mayya allover india real estate payments are black and white... wherever it is nellore hyd mumbai

80 white  20 black.. so called paper vala analysis correct kadu 

 

moreover in mumbai most of the places you have to get permission before buying any home or land in mumbai (especially south mumbai)... every deal is in crores so..

hyd lucknow ekkada antha ledu you can buy easily..

hyd lucknow ekkada antha ledu you can buy easily..

 

black white rate proportional kadha ???... 30 or 40 % white rest is black.

 

if 30% govt rate at place x is greater than 30% govt rate at place y.

 

obviously black rate at X will be more than black rate at y 

 

e paaper analysis always na analysis kana takkuva vasthuya...
