H1 Job Change Help

currently on OPT with approved H1..

 

Due to family issues /location constraints wise I have to change job location.

 

1. Can i start marketing and get job  now or I have to wait till Oct 1st.

2. Will it be any issue If i change job now [ofcourse after getting job only] and amend H1 after Oct 1st .

 

3. Can we amend H1 before Oct 1st.. what If amend went bad , Do we need to use existing H1 since i got three years approved.

 

I do not want take risk on H1 and at the same time flying weekly to family loc is a biggest concern me.

 

Please help me on this. Thanks

 R u changing client ? or employer ?

 

If client I don't think any issue.

 

1) You can start marketing and get a new job, you don't have wait till october. 

 

Moreover amendment is required when you are going for stamping. Otherwise, changing your work location in LCA will be fine.

 

3) Your H1 will start from October 1, before that you cannot apply for H1 amendment.. 

 

Wait for the experts.

Just client change aithe, yes, Change avvochu shudnt be an issue
