Any Famous And Good Employer For Green Card Processing

My friend has 8 years of experience and he has a good job with one of the  employers in California. he is a smart guy.  

he keep changing all these employers, so his his green card is not yet started. 

 

 

He wanted to find a GREAT company in California, possibly in BayArea. And stick to that employer until he gets his green card. 

 

Since now the ball in in my friend's court, he is looking for an employer, who has more number of employees and who follows all the rules. And who also has a great marketing team.....

 

could you please help us find a great employer.......
