Maa employer daridrudu. Nenu 18 months work chesanu. I dont have any problem during working because he make hell of money on me. problem antha naaku contract finish ayyi ,job leka nenu full time offer theeukunnappudu pettadu. 

Naa vacation pay and bench pay smash chesadu. contract breach ani warning letter , harrassment and threatening start chesadu. 

Finally Employers are very dangerous , they will create  a problem one day or other. 

I strongly recommend to anyone not to sign any contract  and go with percentage based rather than salary based. Tell them if you are in client  place you will give 2 weeks notice period and if you dont have contract or jobless or bench its your wish to transfer or decision according to your preference and desire
