They should atleast provide relief centres and supply water or electrolytes.. most of them die due to dehydration and sun stroke.. there should be laws created for people safety when things like these happen.. when everyone knows that this happens every summer cant they atleast create a protocol and follow it every summer.. I mean there are many ways of doing it, the problem here is no one is taking the responsibility, no one is accountable as they think the death is a cause of the nature..

I dont think govt can do anything in this kind of situation(practically).....they should look at this as environmental issue and plan for longterm
