@ronit : yes, i will be out-of-status as soon as my last day at work ended. 

 

@paardu: cap exempt yenti bhayya? In how many days after filing H4 should i switch back to H1b?  i mean, maree ekkuva rojulu H4 meeda vunte inka H1b ki maaralemanta kada?? 

 

Do you know if this happened to anyone??

you are out of status kabatti..better leave country and come on H4 status.

 

vachaka..if you get any job here you can apply H1 any time using that you are already one time in H1
