No matter what the client says. Even after they terminate you, they still have to send the documents to USCIS to terminate your h1, which would at least take 2-3 weeks before being terminated.

Apply for H1 transfer with what ever documents you have.

 

Immediately start marketing.

 

By the time you have RFE, you should find a new job.

 

Ask for client letter from that client. Beg them, nothing that you have to lose more than the status here.

 

Get the client letter, respond to RFE.

 

You should get your case approved.

No baa .. 60 day rule entante neku comp b nunch h1 apprvd unte and u resigned from comp a and they revoked ur h1 .. U have 60 days brdge time to join company B . This what my attorney told
